Keith Atteck

Atteck Consulting

Keith Atteck is an experienced and results-driven Information Governance (IG), and project management professional facilitator, mentor, and coach, who provides IG, ECM and KM expertise and support to organizational initiatives and projects. He helps companies achieve their goals and deliver value by deploying efficient and effective information governance and management strategies. His business and stakeholder analysis is guided by outcome expectations that in turn drive tactics to support implementation plans, policies and programs. Keith has presented ARMA Canada pre-conference sessions on IG and Digital transformation in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Keith has been an active ARMA member since 2005 and has contributed to the profession by being:

  • ARMA Toronto Chapter – President 2019-2020 & 2020-2021;
  • ARMA Toronto Chapter – Board Member from 2016 to present;
  • ARMA Canada Region – Member of the Year 2017;
  • ARMA Toronto Chapter – Member of the Year 2011; and
  • Has been a frequent speaker at ARMA conferences and chapter events across Canada.

Wendy Austin

Magna International Inc.

Wendy Austin is Senior Analyst, Global Information Governance at Magna International Inc., where she has had an over 30 year career.  Wendy has an extensive background in the legal field as a paralegal as well as in the records management field as a Records Manager and an Information Governance Professional.  Wendy has played a significant role in the creation and implementation of Magna’s Global Information Governance Program.  Wendy is a very detail-oriented person which lends itself well to the information governance field. Wendy is responsible for physical records it the 32   countries within which Magna operates.  Wendy is playing a significant role in Magna’s “paper lite” initiative currently underway at Magna.  Wendy is key to Magna’s Global Legal Hold Process across all 32 countries Magna operates.  Wendy has been an active member of the ARMA (Toronto Chapter) for over 25 years.  Wendy took on the role of Co-Treasurer with the ARMA board in the 2019-2020 year and currently serves as Vice-President & Meeting Chair of the ARMA Toronto Chapter.


Mike Biancaniello

Magna International

Mike Biancaniellois a Senior Manager in the Department of Information Governance at Magna International.  Over the past several years, Mike has played key roles in the implementation of a company-wide Records & Information Governance program including policies, guidelines, email management and the development of the company’s first global record retention schedule that spans all thirty-two countries in which Magna operates.  Mike graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and holds professional designations in Engineering and Information Governance.  Mike has worked at several companies over the course of his career, specializing in the areas of Manufacturing and Information Systems.  He has held positions in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Global Contracts and Director of Information Technology.


Irene Gelyk

Irene Gelyk is a seasoned professional within the records, information management & information governance (RIM) fields. Prior to becoming a RIM consultant and owner of 2plus2 Consulting Inc., she developed, implemented, and project managed enterprise-wide records and information management programs within the private and public sectors.

She is currently serving as the Secretary for the ARMA Toronto Chapter 2020-2022 and has served as Meeting Chair and twice as President of the ARMA Toronto Chapter; former Trustee of the ARMA International Educational Foundation (AIEF) board; and member of the ARMA Glossary of Records and Information Management Terms, 4th Ed. (ARMA TR 22-12012) publication committee. Irene has also mentored candidates as they study to achieve their CRM and IGP professional designations.

Irene is currently a student in the Master of Information Management (MIM) distance program through Dalhousie University.  She is the first Canadian to attain the Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO) designation and is one of the first ten in the world to be certified through

Irene describes herself and a life-long learner.

Sarah Kelly

Sun Life

Sarah Kelly is the Corporate Records Steward at Sun Life, where she leads the development and execution of the Corporate Records Management program. Sarah conducts and oversees records management activities through a risk-based lens, including inventory management, retention schedule updates, records disposition, as well as risk analyses and subsequent mitigation efforts of proposed contracts, technologies, and processes. Sarah has a Master of Information with a concentration in Archives and Records Management and a Master of Museum Studies from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Guelph.

Dominique is the Records Manager at Stikeman Elliott LLP. She manages the daily operations of the Records Department, develops initiatives related to training and outreach, and provides records-related services to members of the Firm. Dominique has a Master of Information from the University of Toronto, with a concentration in Archives and Records Management. In addition, Dominique holds a Master of Arts in Cinema Studies from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from McGill University. She has been an ARMA member since 2018.

Rebecca Cai is an Information Governance Analyst at McMillan LLP. She supports the firm’s Information Governance department with developing and implementing programs and initiatives related to digital records management, inventory management, disposition, and training. Rebecca has a Master of Information from the University of Toronto with a concentration in Library and Information Science, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of Western Ontario.

Marina Ross is a Records & Information Analyst at the City of Oshawa where she is involved in records, training, privacy, and FOI. She is a graduate of the Master of Information program at the University of Toronto with concentrations in Archives & Records Management and Library & Information Science. She is working on completing her Records & Information Management certificate with the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and is a CRM candidate.
