For more than ten years, Jen has provided records management consulting services for the design and implementation of records management programs and Enterprise Content Management systems to various organizations including non-profits and the energy and financial sectors.

Sharon is Senior Manager, Compliance, Standards & Records for Credit Union Central of Canada. She has completed a wide variety of courses in the information management and compliance field. As a former Board Member (2006-2008), she returns to the role of Secretary.

Cassandra Lewis, Newsletter Director

Cassandra has worked in most areas of library services and was previously an Acquisition and Selection Librarian. She has also edited and written material for business websites. Cassandra Lewis holds a MSc. degree in Library and Information Sciences with specialization in Archives and Records Management from the University of Pittsburgh, U.S.A., and has completed the Professional Learning Certificates in Records Management Fundamentals and Records Management Practice at the iSchool Institute of the University of Toronto.

Garmen Tsao, Communications and Website Director

Garmen has been working in the area of records management for the past 5 years and currently works in  a law firm within the Conflicts and Records Management department. She holds a B.A. in Classical Studies and Economics from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Information, specialization in Archives and Records Management, from the University of Toronto. Garmen hopes to pursue further certification in information and would like to one day pursue a IGP Designation.

Andrew Zanella, Member at Large

Andrew is the Supervisor of the Records and Information Management department at Goodmans LLP.  Along with an Hons. B.A. in Political Science and History (York U) he has completed several certificates in the information management field.  Andrew is a records and information management specialist with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, supervising and managing records management programs.  He has played a key role in policy and procedure development, developing training programs, implementing cost-effective and cost-saving initiatives and negotiating multi-year and multi-million dollar storage contracts.  Andrew is also a former Board Member, Director of Marketing (2004-2006).
